Or travelling with her husband. Or working on her own jewellery creations. And in amongst all that, she runs her own editing and communications business.\nWendy won the 2017 Romance Writers of Australia Emerald Award for the Best Unpublished Manuscript and was a finalist in the Mid-American Romance Writers Fiction from the Heartland competition in the same year. She also participated in the 2015 Queensland Writers Centre / Hachette Australia's Manuscript Development Program and was a finalist in the inaugural XO Romance Prize.
